Automate job data transfer between Salesforce Field Service and dispatch management systems

Tow Jam is a dispatching assistant for towing companies that run AAA roadside calls. It moves jobs from AAA's Salesforce Field Service dispatch page into Towbook, warns you when a job changes, and watches your Curbside SOS rotation, so you spend less time copying data and switching tabs. Tow Jam is in a closed beta for invited towing companies. You need a Tow Jam account from your company to sign in. AAA TO TOWBOOK • Jobs on the Salesforce Field Service dispatch page are gathered into a clean list with icons for each job type and color-coded statuses • Filter the list by status and service territory • Collapse or expand each job; scheduled jobs stay collapsed until you need them • Badges flag possible overages, In Jeopardy and Critical jobs, and tows with separate pickup and drop-off addresses • Click "Copy to TowBook" to fill in the New Call form: customer name, phone, vehicle, pickup and drop-off addresses, PO number, and job type • Picks the right Towbook account for each service territory and adds the matching charges, including overage for Basic membership tows and fees for accidents, winch-outs, and lock-outs • Change a job's status or decline a call right from the job list JOB ALERTS • A flashing alert and alarm when AAA removes or cancels one of your jobs, so a driver isn't sent to a call that's gone CURBSIDE SOS ROTATION MONITOR • Shows how many companies are ahead of you in the rotation, and flashes "YOU ARE NEXT!" when it's your turn • Sound alerts when you're one away and when you're next, plus a desktop notification when your position changes • Optionally auto-assigns the driver you choose; your choice follows you to every browser you sign in on TOW JAM MOBILE APP • See your AAA job list and Curbside position on your phone • Get a phone alert for every new AAA job and whenever one is removed or canceled • Change statuses, decline calls, and send jobs to Towbook from your phone, carried out on the computer you pick COMPANY SETTINGS • Your company's account owner sets rates (overage per mile, included miles, fuel) and Towbook charge names once, and every dispatcher uses the same values • Turn each feature on or off from the toolbar popup SUPPORTED JOB TYPES • Tow (including accident, low clearance, and long distance tows) • Jump Start • Lock-Out • Tire Service • Fuel Delivery • Winch Out Built for tow dispatchers who use AAA Salesforce Field Service, Towbook, and Curbside SOS.
