Overview

Record Odoo steps with screenshots and export them for Tours2UAT without running a Tour again.

Tours2UAT Recorder turns the steps you perform in Odoo into user acceptance test (UAT) material for Tours2UAT, without writing or rerunning an Odoo Tour. Start a recording from the toolbar icon, or from "Record a new tour" in your Tours2UAT project, and work through the process as a tester would. Every click, typed value, and selection becomes a step with a screenshot of the result. • Live step list, timer, and the latest screenshot while you record • Pause, resume, and undo the last step • Review page to rename steps, remove mistakes, and view screenshots full size • Downloads a .recording.json file to upload to Tours2UAT, which generates the UAT procedure from your steps and screenshots • Optional replayable Odoo Tour (.js) export • Works with Odoo 16 to 19 Privacy: recordings stay in your browser until you download or discard them. Password fields are never recorded. The extension only records the tab you choose, and asks before accessing each Odoo database. Requires a Tours2UAT account to generate UAT content.
