TOT – Looping Timer
Overview
A dock-integrated digital timer with looping, warnings, and flashing last-minute alert.
TOT – Looping Timer is a lightweight, tabletop-friendly countdown tool. Set a time (HH:MM:SS), press Start, and watch it count down in real time. In the last 5 minutes the display turns red, and in the last 60 seconds it flashes to heighten tension. Tap Pause to hold, Reset to return to the starting value, or enable Loop (∞) to automatically restart when the timer reaches zero. Designed for TTRPG encounters, puzzles, and high-pressure scenes—especially when you’re running a virtual tabletop (VTT) or a TV/display at the table—the timer floats as a compact overlay with bold digits that are easy to read at a glance. Features: -Real-time countdown (HH:MM:SS) -Start / Pause / Reset controls -Loop mode (∞) to auto-restart on zero -Visual urgency cues: red in last 5 minutes, flashing in last 60 seconds -Persistent settings between sessions (optional) Inspiration: Redditors in the Blades In The Dark subreddit! Thank you! Installation: Install from the Chrome Web Store. Once active, open your VTT or map display, then click the gold TOT dock button to toggle the Chase Tracker on or off. Use cases: -Timed puzzles and lockouts -Skill challenges with strict windows -Chase scenes and wave clocks -Dungeon events that tick down in the background TOT Ecosystem: If you use other TOT tools, Looping Timer appears alongside them in the shared dock for one-click toggling. Each tool runs independently; install only what you need.
