Toser: Cited answers from your policies

Paste a customer’s question. See the exact clause from your Terms of Service, then a clean reply that’s ready to send.

Toser is the policy copilot for customer support teams. It lives in Chrome’s side panel, right next to your helpdesk. Paste a customer’s message, or highlight it in the ticket and right-click “Ask Toser”. Toser finds the rule in your own Terms of Service and policies, shows you the clause with the exact words highlighted, and then suggests a short reply you can send as is or adjust. Every quote is checked word for word against your source text before you see it. WHAT IT DOES • The rule comes first. Each answer opens with the clause it relies on, so agents understand the policy before they reply. • Searches the whole policy. Broad or oddly worded questions still find their clauses: Toser reads every clause and takes a little longer to think about what the customer means. • Closest clauses, ranked. When no single clause settles a question, you get the five most likely ones with a short reason each, and one tap shows the rest. • Two answer styles. “Cite clause” names the section in the reply. “Just answer” simply answers. Switch per question. • Clean replies. No greetings, no filler, no sign-offs. One to three sentences that answer the question, ready to paste mid-conversation. • Verified quotes. A quote that isn’t really in your policy never reaches the answer. • Knows when to escalate. If your policies don’t cover a question, Toser says so and suggests a short holding reply that promises nothing. • Any language. Replies come back in the customer’s language, and you can read them in English or Bulgarian; quotes stay in your policy’s language. • One click into the ticket. Insert the reply into the reply box of the browser-based helpdesk or webmail you already use, or copy it. • Personal data stays out. Card numbers, IBANs, email addresses and phone numbers are redacted before AI processing. • Insights. See answer volume, the clauses doing the heavy lifting, and the questions your policies don’t cover yet. FOR TEAMS Create a workspace in the side panel, add your policies (paste text, upload a PDF, TXT, Markdown or HTML file, or import a public web page), and invite your agents by email. Admins manage policies, seats, billing and answer settings. Agents just ask. PRICING Free for 14 days, no card required. Then €12 per agent per month, or €10 billed yearly.
