Torii · Local AI Analyzer
Overview
Analyzes your device, shows which local AI models it can run, and runs them privately in your browser via WebGPU.
Torii · Local AI Analyzer turns your browser into a private, on-device AI workspace. WHAT IT DOES • Deep hardware analysis — reads your GPU, CPU, memory and available storage to understand what your machine can do. • Model recommendations — tells you exactly which local AI models your device can run, marked yes / maybe / no with a plain-language reason for each. • Best model per topic — pick a topic (cooking, coding, personal finance and more) and get the model best suited to it. • Run models on your device — download a small model once, then chat with it locally through WebGPU. After the first download it works with no internet. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your conversations run entirely on your device and are never sent to any server. Hardware details are read only on your machine to size recommendations — nothing about your hardware or your chats is transmitted. No analytics, no tracking, no ads. HOW IT WORKS The analyzer profiles your machine, matches it against a catalog of browser-runnable models, and recommends the best fit for the subject you choose. Models run in-browser via WebGPU; topic knowledge is grounded locally so answers stay specialised. Note: local models need a desktop browser with WebGPU (recent Chrome or Edge) and a capable GPU. Model quality depends on your hardware — the analyzer is honest about what will and won't run.
