Understand any ServiceNow instance in minutes — then change it safely. TorchTiger Engineer is a Chrome and Edge extension that answers how your instance actually works — the business rules, scripts, flows and ACLs already there — then makes edits only through a plan you approve first. It's powered by Claude and runs on your own key. It rides your existing signed-in ServiceNow session and works within your own permissions, so there's no ServiceNow password to enter and no platform plugin to install. Nothing routes through TorchTiger, and your Anthropic key stays encrypted on your own machine under a passphrase only you know. HOW IT WORKS 1. It runs right alongside ServiceNow Install the free extension and connect your own Anthropic key. A chat panel opens on any instance page, riding your signed-in session — no plugin, no credentials. 2. Ask anything about your instance Ask in plain English. It searches business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, and flows, then traces how they connect — in minutes. 3. Nothing changes without your say-so Write mode is off by default and stays read-only until you turn it on. Then it proposes a plan first — nothing is created, updated, or deleted until you click Approve. On production it switches off completely: no chat, no reads, no writes. It stays off on any instance it can't confirm is non-production. 4. Every change, tracked The change log records every change it makes, grouped by update set, so you always know what was created, updated, or deleted. 5. Undo with confidence Select a logged change and undo it: Engineer reverses it from what it saved at the time, through ServiceNow's Table API, after you approve. Updates, new records, and deletions all revert. POWERED BY CLAUDE Free, and nothing to sign up for: paste an API key from the Claude Console once, and requests go straight from your browser to your own Anthropic account. No TorchTiger server is involved — we never see your key or your data. You pay Anthropic directly for your usage. (Claude Pro/Max subscription tokens aren't supported: Anthropic doesn't allow third-party tools to use them.)
