Overview
Analyze semantic knowledge gaps on any webpage with TopoRAG.
TopoRAG is the first Chrome Extension built for the Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) era. While traditional SEO tools help you rank on Google, TopoRAG helps you get cited by AI — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and every LLM-powered search engine that's replacing traditional results. HOW IT WORKS AI engines don't cite content based on backlinks or domain authority. They cite content with the highest Information Gain — pages that cover concepts and semantic relationships that competing articles missed entirely. TopoRAG finds those gaps using Topological Data Analysis (TDA) on LLM embeddings. Here's the process: 1. You open any competitor article or ranking page in Chrome 2. Click the TopoRAG extension icon 3. TopoRAG extracts the article text and runs it through our semantic analysis pipeline 4. Persistent homology detects "holes" in the embedding space — concepts that exist in related content but are missing from this article 5. You receive a ranked gap report with AI-generated content suggestions to fill each gap The result: you know exactly what to write to create the definitive source that AI engines actually reference. WHO IT'S FOR — Content marketers who want their articles cited in AI Overviews — SEO professionals adapting to the GEO era — Founders and solopreneurs building topical authority in competitive niches — Researchers and writers who want to produce the most comprehensive content in their space WHAT MAKES TOPORAG DIFFERENT Most SEO tools compare keyword lists. TopoRAG analyzes the shape of the information space using mathematical topology — the same branch of mathematics used to detect holes in multidimensional data. When applied to semantic embeddings of web content, it reveals the conceptual voids that keyword analysis cannot see. This is not a keyword gap tool. This is not a readability scorer. This is not another GPT wrapper that rephrases your content. TopoRAG uses Ripser (a persistent homology engine), OpenAI embeddings, and a custom TDA pipeline to map the actual semantic structure of any article — then identify what's missing.
