Overview
Permanently hide topics you don't want on X: Politics, Sports, Crypto, AI, Videos and more. No 24-hour snooze. EN/ES UI.
Topic Filter for X permanently hides the topics you don't want in your X (Twitter) feed — without relying on X's "snooze" that resets every 24 hours. HOW IT WORKS Matching tweets are removed from the timeline data before X renders them, so there are no gaps, no flicker and no layout jumps. Filtering runs entirely in your browser: no account actions, no X Premium needed, essentially zero account risk. TOPICS (all editable) Politics, Sports, Business & finance, Science & tech, Entertainment & art, Artificial intelligence, Games, Cryptocurrency, Religion, and Videos (matched by video/GIF media). Each topic ships with bilingual English + Spanish keyword lists you can edit freely, plus optional @handle blocklists per topic. OPTIONAL ON-DEVICE AI Keyword matching is literal, so it can miss topical posts that use none of the listed words. The optional semantic filter embeds each tweet with a small multilingual model running fully in your browser (WebGPU/WASM) and catches those too. No tweet text ever leaves your device; only the model weights are downloaded once and cached. ALSO - Works on home, search, lists and profile timelines - Optional hiding of the "Live on X" and "Who to follow" sidebar cards - Hidden-tweet count badge per tab - English / Spanish interface PRIVACY No analytics, no tracking, no servers. Your settings live in Chrome storage. The only network request the extension ever makes is the one-time model download from Hugging Face if you enable the semantic filter.
