TopCMA connects realtor.ca and HouseSigma to your TopCMA account so you can build a Comparative Market Analysis right where you're already browsing. Find a property, pick your comparables, and send them into a new or existing CMA in a couple of clicks — no copying MLS numbers into another tab. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a listing or a map search on realtor.ca or HouseSigma. 2. Click the TopCMA icon to see the listings on the page. 3. Star a subject property (or type one in), then select your comparables. 4. Create a new CMA or add the comps to one you already have. It opens in TopCMA, ready to price, adjust, and share. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Build a CMA from a single listing or a whole map view. • Add hand-picked comparables to an existing CMA. • Enter a subject property manually when you're working off-market. • Pull real, MLS-backed data — comparables are sourced from your authorized board feed inside TopCMA, not scraped. REQUIREMENTS • A TopCMA account (free to start at topcma.com). • A connected MLS board. The extension currently supports the boards TopCMA covers — TRREB, Vancouver Island (VIVA), and Alberta (Pillar 9) — and will tell you when a listing is outside a covered region. • Connect once by pasting a personal access token from your TopCMA account settings. You can revoke it anytime. PRIVACY The extension only talks to your own TopCMA account. It reads listing details from the page you're on and sends the MLS numbers (and any subject property you enter) to TopCMA to build your report.
