Tootsy is a comprehensive AI browser agent in Chrome's side panel designed to automate web tasks and analyze page content. It runs on the model of your choice, including local servers, OpenAI-compatible endpoints, or major commercial AI providers. No account, no subscription, and nothing is sent to us. WHAT IT DOES • Page & Document Analysis: Reads your current tab to summarize content, find information, extract tables, and analyze documents. • Web Automation: Fills forms and clicks through tasks for you, offering both a step-by-step approval mode and hands-free automation. • File Assistant: Answers questions about your local files, including documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and code. • Intelligent Search: Searches the web directly without requiring an API key. • Developer & SEO Tools: Inspects sites to audit HTML, CSS, page speed, and accessibility. • Task Scheduling: Saves notes and runs your automated web tasks on a set schedule. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your prompts and page content go only to the model endpoint you set • No analytics, no tracking, no backend • Protected sites it will never act on, and a log of every action it takes • Never fills in passwords FOR ORGANIZATIONS • IT can push company apps, settings and allowed AI servers through Chrome or Edge policy • Teams can share app lists by address; everyone stays up to date GET STARTED 1.
