Tools4Skool is a Chrome side panel extension built for Skool community owners. It runs directly inside Skool.com so you can automate DMs, manage your inbox, track members, and save cancellations without switching tabs or using external tools. Setup takes under 2 minutes. No Skool password required. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ DM SEQUENCES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Create multi-step direct message sequences that send automatically when members take actions in your community. Each sequence has a trigger and as many steps as you need, each with its own delay. Available triggers: - New member joins - Member cancels their subscription - You add a specific tag to a member - Member has been inactive for a set number of days - Manual (you choose who gets enrolled) Available delays per step: immediately, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours, 1 day, 3 days, 7 days. Every message is sent through your Skool account as a normal DM. Members receive it the same way they receive any direct message on Skool. You can enroll individual members from their profile card, or bulk-enroll from your member list. Sequences can be paused, edited, or deleted at any time. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ CHURN SAVER ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ When a member cancels their Skool subscription, Tools4Skool detects it within minutes and automatically sends them a direct message from your account. You write the save message once. Tools4Skool sends it every time a cancellation is detected. Use #NAME# in your message to insert the member's first name automatically. This feature is available on Pro and Agency plans. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ INBOX ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ View and reply to all your Skool direct messages from the side panel. Filter conversations by All, Unread, or Need Reply. Click any conversation to read the full thread and send a reply. The composer supports slash commands. Type / to see available actions: /tag [label] — add a private label to the member /untag [label] — remove a label /move [stage] — move them to a pipeline stage /note [text] — save a private note on their profile /enroll [sequence name] — enroll them in a DM sequence ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ CRM PIPELINE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Track members through a visual pipeline with five stages: Lead, Demo Booked, Trial, Paid, Churned. Drag and drop members between stages. Add notes and tags to each member. Switch between Active, Leaving (cancelling), and Left (churned) tabs. Click any member to open their profile card where you can send a DM, add labels, set their pipeline stage, or enroll them in a sequence. Bulk tag: tag every person who commented on a specific post in one click. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ CHURN RISK TABLE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Analyse your member list and get a churn risk score for each member based on their last activity date, engagement level, community level, points, and subscription status. Members are ranked from highest to lowest risk. Results are saved and load instantly on your next visit. Click Refresh to pull fresh data from Skool. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ BULK MESSAGING ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Send a single message to many members at once. Filter by Active, Leaving, or Left status. Select all or pick specific members. Use #NAME# for first-name personalization. Messages are sent one at a time through your Skool account and logged in the Activity Log. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WEEKLY SUMMARY ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ A weekly snapshot of your community: total members, new joins, cancellations, top posts by engagement, and a churn risk breakdown. Generated on demand or automatically every Monday. Results are saved to your account. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ KEYWORD ALERTS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Monitor your community posts for specific words — such as "price", "join", or "cancel".
