TonoAI Browser Agent connects Chrome to a compatible local TonoAI agent runtime, so the agent can carry out the browser tasks you request using your existing browser session. What it can do when your task requires it: • Open and navigate pages • Read page content and take screenshots • Click, type, scroll and fill forms • Work with tabs, bookmarks, browsing history, reading lists and downloads Privacy and control: • The extension communicates through Chrome Native Messaging with a host on your own computer. It has no analytics, advertising or tracking and does not send page data directly to a TonoAI server. • The connected desktop runtime may send task data to your chosen AI provider according to your desktop settings. • A virtual cursor indicates agent activity. Disable or remove the extension in Chrome to stop browser access. Requirements: a compatible local TonoAI runtime and the registered com.tonoai.browseragent native messaging host.
