Tongue & Quill Paper Formatter builds five official Air Force document types — the Official Memorandum, Memorandum for Record (MFR), Bullet Background Paper, Background Paper, and Talking Paper — following the formatting rules in AFH 33-337, "The Tongue and Quill." Every document is generated as a real, genuine .docx file (not an HTML approximation), so it opens correctly in Microsoft Word with the right margins, hanging indents, numbering, and spacing already in place.
