I’m a senior tech recruiter with over 5 years of experience and I was skeptical that the AI could match score candidates better than me, but it’s surprisingly accurate (at least for technical roles, can’t say about other types of candidates just yet). So far so good.

I love my tombo! It finds emails and phone numbers of my candidates and reaches out for me, big time saver. I use the chat for all sorts of tasks and to help me with my LinkedIn search filters. Please build integration to Greenhouse.
