Tokenez tracks your real token usage across the AI chat sites you already use — Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini — so you can see exactly how much you're using in one place, without digging through separate usage pages. It's local-first: token counts are computed right in your browser from the pages you visit, and the underlying chat text is never stored or sent anywhere. Sign in (optional) and your aggregate usage syncs across your devices so your dashboard stays consistent wherever you check it. Pair it with the free Tokenez bridge (tokenez.tech) for additional coverage of Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and other CLI/IDE tools — the extension works great on its own, or alongside the bridge for a fuller picture.
