Can't get it to work at all. Can't even scan one profile. No amount of refreshing/restarting/reinstalling will make this work. $27 totally wasted

This website is the worst scam I've ever seen. Save yourself the frustration and stay away—this platform simply doesn’t work. Even worse, they make it nearly impossible to cancel your membership. Despite our repeated attempts to cancel, including contacting multiple support representatives, Tokaudit continues to charge us month after month. DO NOT BUY THIS EXTENSION I paid for the Lifetime version. It doesn't work. I've emailed several times - no one gets back to you. The Help and Support page on their website returns a Page Not Found error. Their website says it has a chat function to help if your issue persists - there is no chat function. Rubbish plugin - doesn't pop up or work and does not allow you to download any TikTok data

Useless tool can get all this data in 3 min with no tools

Very useful software that worked perfectly for several weeks. Unfortunately it has stopped working, I have sent multiple emails to support which have have been totally ignored.

I second Denver Vo's review it seems this people are only focus on taking your money and not customer service.. after you purchase the platform won't work then you try to reach someone and no one answers.. Calling my BBB and my credit card company to report..

I just bought it and it doesn't work. I tried to reach out to email and no one responded. I scheduled many times and no one shows up. Don't waste your money. They will ghost you with a tool that doesn't work.
