Todoo – the simplest to-do board in Chrome. Write a note. Drag it to Done. That's the whole idea. No accounts. No projects. No tags, priorities, due dates or sub-tasks. Todoo is a to-do list stripped back to the one thing you actually need: a board of sticky notes you can move around. HOW IT WORKS 1. Click the Todoo icon. Your board opens in a tab. 2. Type into the empty note at the top left and press Enter. Your note is added. 3. When it's finished, drag it across to the Done board. Drop it anywhere you like. That's it. There is nothing else to learn. WHY SIMPLE? Most to-do apps slowly turn into a job of their own. You spend more time sorting, labelling and re-scheduling than doing. Todoo gets out of the way: • One empty note is always waiting for you. Type and press Enter – no "New task" button, no forms. • Two boards: To do and Done. Nothing in between. • Drag and drop is the only workflow. Move a note to Done and it fades back, out of sight but still there if you want it. • Prefer not to drag? Double-click a note's top bar to flip it to the other board. • Changed your mind? Deleted a note by accident? One click on Undo brings it back. DAILY NOTES, WITHOUT THE FUSS Some things come back every day – water the plants, take vitamins, stand-up at 9:45. Add them once in Settings, choose a time, and Todoo drops a fresh note onto your To do board every day at that time. It works even when the Todoo tab is closed, as long as Chrome is running. MAKE IT YOURS (OR DON'T) Todoo looks good out of the box. If you'd like to tweak it, everything is in one small settings panel: • Six ready-made themes: Light, Dark, Neon, Pastel, Ocean and Earth. • Pick your own colours for the page and both boards, plus a dots, grid or lines background – or keep it plain. • Choose how many notes sit across the board, and how large Done notes appear. • Change the note font, size and weight, and colour any note with a single click. Never open settings and Todoo still works perfectly. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your notes are stored on your own computer, inside your Chrome profile. There is no sign-up, no server, no tracking and no ads. Todoo only asks for the permissions it needs to save your notes and run your daily reminders (storage and alarms). Want a copy? Export your notes and settings to a single file at any time, and import them again on another computer. A FEW MORE SMALL THINGS • Tidy up automatically: delete Done notes older than a number of days you choose. • Notes are saved as you type – there is no Save button. • Open Todoo in more than one tab and they stay in step. • Works on any screen size, with a layout that adapts to narrow windows. WHO IS TODOO FOR? Anyone who has tried a big productivity app, felt overwhelmed, and just wants a list they'll actually use. Students, freelancers, parents, developers – if you can write a sticky note, you can use Todoo. Add it to Chrome, write your first note, and get on with your day.
