ToDoFocus: Pomodoro Timer, Task List, Heatmap

Pomodoro timer with a task checklist & focus heatmap.

Everything you need to focus, in one tab — a Pomodoro timer, your task list, your projects, and a year-long map of every session you've finished. Ton of customization for the ADHD Brain. No account. No subscription. Nothing leaves your browser. Click the toolbar icon and the whole dashboard opens in a single tab. ⏱️ A TIMER THAT RUNS YOUR WHOLE CYCLE Set your focus length, short break, long break, and how many sessions before a long break — ToDoFocus picks the right break automatically and shows where you are in the cycle. Turn on auto-start to chain focus → break → focus without touching anything. Presets for 25/5, 50/10 and 90/20, or set your own up to 90 minutes. Prefer open-ended work? Switch to stopwatch. The countdown lives on the toolbar badge and keeps running with the tab closed. ✅ TASKS THAT KNOW WHERE THEY BELONG Group work into projects with colours, deadlines, notes and per-project stats. Today's Focus is your daily working list — pull tasks in from any project, track sessions against each one, and start clean every midnight without losing anything. Drag to reorder tasks, projects and folders. 🔥 SEE WHERE YOUR TIME ACTUALLY WENT A GitHub-style heatmap of the past 12 months, filled in automatically as you complete sessions. Daily goal with a progress bar, current streak, 7-day average, and your best day. 📝 THINKING SPACE A notes editor with formatting and PDF export. Plus a distraction journal — somewhere to park an intrusive thought mid-session so you can let it go and keep working. 🎵 AMBIENT SOUND Rain, wind, café, fireplace and waves, looping seamlessly and starting with your timer. ⚙️ BUILT TO GET OUT OF THE WAY Six themes. Nine languages — English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified) and Hindi. Keyboard shortcuts for everything. Works offline. Export your data as JSON whenever you want. ⭐ PREMIUM — FREE FOR 7 DAYS, NO CARD Unlimited projects, folders to organise them, journal entries on any day of your heatmap, starred days, a custom motto, and custom backgrounds. $9.99 once. Lifetime access. No subscription, ever. Start the trial whenever you like — and when it ends, nothing is deleted. Everything you made stays exactly where it is; you simply go back to the free limits. 🔒 PRIVACY All your data stays on your device. No tracking, no analytics, no accounts, no servers.
