Todo Mailer

Saves todos and sends them to your email.

Todo Mailer is a simple reminder note extension that sends your tasks by email so they don't get lost in browser tabs and pop-ups. Features: Quickly add a task from the extension's pop-up—the title and text are sent to your email with one click. Local storage of all tasks in the browser (not shared with third parties, except for the email itself). Mark tasks as completed/uncompleted with a strikethrough. Resend an individual task or the entire list by email at any time. Automatically send a digest of all active tasks. Configurable task retention period (day / 3 days / week / month / forever) with automatic purge of expired ones. Login via email/password (Supabase)—tasks are linked to your account and are accessible only to you. A separate settings page for managing the list and storage parameters. Advantages: No additional installation required—it works immediately after logging in. Tasks are always available in your inbox, even if your browser is closed or your profile is reset. Minimal permissions: the extension doesn't request access to page content, only storage and sending emails through its own server. Open source and clear privacy policy.
