Paints Do Not Recruit companies red on LinkedIn Recruiter for authorized Titus employees.

Internal tool for Titus Talent Strategies employees. It does nothing until you sign in with your Titus Microsoft account, and only accounts that Titus has assigned to it can complete that sign-in. While you work in LinkedIn Recruiter, any company on the Titus Do Not Recruit list is highlighted in red, live as results load, so you catch a protected company the moment it shows up instead of after outreach has gone out. What it does: - Signs you in with Microsoft (your Titus account) and downloads a protected reference table from a Titus SharePoint list - Paints Do Not Recruit company names red on LinkedIn Recruiter pages - Shows a small count on the toolbar icon; the popup lists the flagged companies on the page and lets you sign out - Understands the list's real-world name variations (punctuation, capitalization, Inc/LLC suffixes, shortened forms) What it never does: - Run on any website other than LinkedIn Recruiter (enforced by the browser) - Send LinkedIn page text, the companies you viewed, or match results anywhere - Click, scrape, message, or automate anything on LinkedIn - Keep anything after you sign out or close the browser: sign-in tokens and the reference table live in session storage only The reference table is a set of one-way hashes, not readable company names, and it is not bundled in this package: it is fetched only after an authorized sign-in. Access is granted and removed by Titus IT.
