Tissent is a Chrome extension designed to make everyday support work faster and more organized. It helps agents quickly find and insert response templates directly into an open ticket. Relevant templates can also be suggested automatically based on the ticket content. Teams can maintain a shared template library, while individual users can create and import their own templates. Administrators can organize shared content, manage triggers, and control access. The extension also includes practical tools for daily work, such as translation, text processing, notes, useful links, abbreviations, and a prompt builder for AI-assisted responses. Tissent works with Usedesk, Freshdesk, and other compatible CRM and helpdesk platforms.
