Tiny Steps: Task Breakdown and Focus
Overview
Break overwhelming tasks into tiny first steps and focus on one at a time.
Stuck on a task you keep putting off? Tiny Steps turns it into small, doable steps, and the first one is always tiny. Type what you're avoiding, like "do my tax return" or "clean the kitchen", and click Break it down. You get 3 to 7 short steps, each with a time estimate, starting with something you can do in under 2 minutes. Then focus on one step at a time. What it does - Break any task into 3 to 7 small steps - Right-click highlighted text on a page and choose "Break this into steps" - "I'm stuck" splits the current step into even smaller ones - Low-energy mode keeps every step to about 2 minutes - A focus timer, with a notification when time is up - An optional focus pill on the page you're working on, showing just your current step Your tasks stay yours - Breakdowns are made inside the extension, not by an online AI. - Your task text stays on your device and is never sent anywhere. - No accounts, analytics, tracking or ads. Free - 5 breakdowns a day - 1 active task - 25-minute focus timer Lifetime unlock, A$9 once - Unlimited breakdowns and tasks - Choose a focus timer of 5, 10, 15, 25, 45 or 60 minutes - No subscription. Payment is handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe, and the extension checks with ExtensionPay to confirm your unlock. Made by PlanDHD, who also make printable ADHD-friendly planners.
