Tingye: read any page aloud. Translate on the fly, neural TTS, auto-read, i18n UI.
Tingye turns the current webpage into natural read-aloud. Open the side panel to extract article text or UI elements (buttons, links), translate into your target language, and speak chunk-by-chunk—no waiting for the whole page. Read area: article · interactive elements · all visible text. Modes: once · loop · auto-read when you switch tabs or navigate (keep the side panel open). Voice: Microsoft neural TTS by default (Edge-like). Fallback to browser speechSynthesis, or optional OpenAI TTS with your own API key stored only on-device. Translation: Microsoft → Google → MyMemory fallbacks. UI follows Chrome’s display language; default target language follows the system until you pick one. Minimal UI: large transport controls and a spacious preview. Click a paragraph to jump; the page highlight follows. Made by IDING DESIGN (iding.net). MIT licensed. Note: restricted pages (chrome://, Web Store, etc.) cannot be injected. Cloud translate/TTS receive extracted text snippets—avoid highly sensitive content. See the privacy policy.
