Justification for Requested Permissions: - `activeTab`: Used exclusively to securely access the active tab's selected text *only* when the user explicitly triggers the context menu or performs a selection interaction. - `contextMenus`: Used to register the quick-access conversion options in the browser's right-click menu. - `storage`: Used strictly via `chrome.storage.local` to store the user's local configuration preferences (e.g., default timezone, custom date format) and the last 10-20 local conversion history logs. 3. Privacy & Safety Commitments: - 100% Local Execution: All date-time parsing and formatting calculations are performed entirely on the client side. - Zero Network Requests: This extension does NOT use fetch, XMLHttpRequest, or any external APIs.
