Timer by LogicFire.app is a focus timer made for people with ADHD. It records each unbroken run of attention, so over the days you can see whether your runs are getting longer and steadier. The extension runs the timer from Chrome's toolbar, so there's no tab to keep open. It also counts more honestly than a web page can. A page only knows whether its own tab is showing. The extension asks the computer whether the keyboard or mouse has been used in the last minute, and counts only while it has. Time away from the computer is mostly left out. How it works - Pick a length from 15 to 60 minutes and press Start focus. You can type what you're working on first if you like. - The badge on the toolbar icon shows the minutes left. "I got distracted" ends the run and logs it. Nothing starts again until you press Start focus. - Five minutes away from the keyboard and mouse ends the run and keeps what you had. - If you chose Overflow on the website, the clock keeps going past zero as one run and asks "Still going?" every 15 minutes. - If you chose Stopwatch, it counts up from zero with no length to pick and asks "Still going?" every 30 minutes. - Your runs join your record on timer.logicfire.app, with the chart, the streaks and the weekly summary. - A run started on your phone or another computer shows here too. - Press "Move here" to carry it on from this one. - It wears the theme and text size you chose on timer.logicfire.app. Signing in It uses the sign-in you already have on timer.logicfire.app and never asks for a password. You need a free account, which you can make at https://timer.logicfire.app. Privacy: The first time you open it, it lists what it sends and reads, and nothing is sent until you press OK.
