TimedFlow — Stage Timer & Countdown

Keep your next presentation on time, from the first cue to the closing words. TimedFlow puts a clear countdown, an editable rundown and a separate stage display within reach of your Chrome toolbar. START WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Choose from 54 offline templates or prepare your own timer. Use a countdown for a fixed slot, a count-up for a timed activity, or build a sequence of up to 12 custom segments. Name each segment and set its duration. Selecting a template prepares it; you decide when to press Start. A CLEAR VIEW FOR THE PERSON ON STAGE Open the stage window and move it to a second monitor or projector. Large digits, progress and timing colors help a presenter see where they stand. Keep the controls in the popup or side panel while the audience-facing window shows the timer. Light and dark interface themes suit preparation at your desk and operation in a dim room. RUN YOUR CONNECTED ROOMS Sign in to your TimedFlow account to access your rooms from the side panel. Start, pause, advance to the next timer, adjust time, black out the display or send a brief presenter message. Open the web app when you need to edit the full rundown. Connected room controls require an internet connection. PICK UP AFTER AN INTERRUPTION Custom timer drafts are saved in this browser. Local timer state is stored on the device, with a deadline that lets the display catch up when you reopen it. Closing the popup does not reset the countdown. Reopening after a browser restart restores eligible saved sessions; clearing browser or extension data removes local saves. An alarm or visible display cannot run while Chrome is closed. FREE AND PRO Free timers run for up to 5 minutes of accumulated running time, then pause. Time spent paused does not count. A Free account includes 1 room and 3 timers per room. Pro removes the timer-duration limit and the room and timer-count limits. Longer templates can be prepared on Free, but running them is subject to the same 5-minute limit. MADE FOR EVERYDAY EVENTS Use it for speaker rehearsals, classroom activities, worship services, podcast segments, workshops or conference sessions. Start with one timer, then move to a shared room when you need remote control. The extension interface is available in English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, German and French.
