Timed Focus blocks distracting websites and gives you just enough flexibility to stay in control — without shame, lockouts, or surveillance. ──────────────────────────── WHY TIMED FOCUS? Most blockers are all-or-nothing: either a site is off-limits, or you cave and unblock it for the day. Timed Focus sits in the middle. Give yourself 15 minutes of Reddit between 2–5 PM on weekdays. Allow two mindful pauses per day on your "Social Media" group.
