This extension helps reduce your home healthcare administrative burden by auto-filling default values into KanTime eCharts. This opens all unsubmitted, past eCharts displayed on the schedule. 2. eChart check-in and check-out times are populated with scheduled times. 3. The following eChart checkboxes are checked: Incident Report: "No" Patient Identification: "Full Name" and "DOB" Vitals: "NA" (Only if no "Monitoring" Service Plan Tasks are present) Service Plan Tasks: "Performed" (All) Clinician Signature: Acknowledgement 4. Client Sign Page: Signed By: "Other" checkbox selected Signed By Name: Filled from Options page Signature Confirmation checkbox selected 5.
