TimeCap - Daily Site Time Limits
Overview
Cap your daily time on distracting sites in 5-minute increments. When the cap is hit, the site is locked until tomorrow.
TimeCap puts a daily time cap on the websites that eat your day. Pick a site, set a daily limit in 5-minute increments (5 min to 4 hours), and TimeCap silently tracks how long you spend on that site each day. Hit the cap and the site is locked with a "come back tomorrow" page. Buckets reset automatically at local midnight. Unlike a hard blocker, TimeCap lets you actually use the sites you care about — just not for the entire afternoon. Five minutes of Reddit at lunch is fine. Two hours of Reddit is not. FREE FEATURES: - Cap up to 5 sites with daily time limits - 5-minute increments from 5 minutes up to 4 hours - Live progress bars showing today's usage per site - "Come back tomorrow" page with countdown to local midnight - Once-per-session in-page banner showing remaining time - Smart tracking: only counts time when the tab is focused and you're not idle - Settings sync across devices via Chrome - Zero tracking, fully private PRO FEATURES ($3.99 one-time): - Unlimited capped sites - Sync usage across devices - Stricter mode: caps cannot be edited or removed until midnight - Weekly usage stats per site - Custom block page message Built for people who don't want to fully block social media but also don't want to wake up at 11pm wondering where the day went. No accounts, no tracking, no subscriptions. Works entirely offline.
