Overview

Use Time Card Calculator as a time clock calculator for work hours and timesheets, with unpaid breaks.

Time Card Calculator adds up shifts for one or two weeks, subtracts unpaid breaks and gives you a clear total. Enter the hours you recorded, check each day and keep a copy of the result. Everything works offline, with no account or sign-in. 💡 A time clock calculator for hours you enter yourself Use recorded start and end times to calculate hours worked. This tool does not clock you in or monitor attendance. It helps turn a set of daily entries into a card you can review before sharing. 📌 Start with the period you need 1. Choose a start date and a seven-day or fourteen-day period. Each week begins on that selected date. 2. Enter one shift per day, with a start, an end and the combined unpaid break in whole minutes. 3. Review the daily amounts and weekly totals. Leave non-working dates blank; they are skipped. Check the shape of each shift 1️⃣ Enter 24-hour times or AM/PM times, such as 09:00 or 5:30pm. Times without AM/PM use the 24-hour format. 2️⃣ Mark Next day when a shift crosses midnight. Its entire duration belongs to the date on which it starts. 3️⃣ Resolve incomplete times or a break longer than the shift. Invalid entries block exports so an unfinished card is not shared as a result. A time card calculator with lunch break deductions - Add all unpaid pauses for a day into one break value. Paid pauses should stay within the working duration. - Overnight entries must be shorter than 24 hours. Clock-time arithmetic does not adjust for daylight-saving changes. - There is one start and one end per date; separate shifts on the same day cannot be entered as individual rows. Read the result in the form you need ➤ Check worked hours as hours and minutes, alongside decimal hours for comparison. Exact minutes are added before displayed decimals are rounded. ➤ Use the weekly breakdown to see regular and overtime amounts rather than averaging a fortnight into one week. ➤ Leave the hourly rate empty if you only need duration. You can still save and export the card without an estimated payment. Set your own weekly overtime rule The work hours calculator uses an editable weekly threshold and multiplier. Defaults are 40 hours and 1.5 times the hourly rate. These are user settings, not a determination of which employment rules apply. Each week is calculated separately, including in a fourteen-day period. Understand the optional pay estimate • Enter a USD hourly rate to estimate gross pay from the regular and overtime amounts. Use a dot for decimal input. • Currency remains USD across all interface languages; there is no exchange-rate conversion. • The estimate does not include taxes, benefits, deductions or local payroll requirements. Daily overtime and jurisdiction-specific rules are not calculated. 📍 Keep your information on this device ▸ The current draft saves automatically. Changing the interface language preserves the names and entries you typed. ▸ Save up to 20 local snapshots to revisit earlier cards. Switching to one week keeps the hidden second-week entries. ▸ Saved data is local to this installation. Export important records before uninstalling; there is no cloud synchronization. A biweekly time card calculator with practical exports Download a CSV for a spreadsheet, copy a text summary or use the print view to create a PDF through the browser. These outputs reflect the current validated inputs. Copying or downloading does not send a card to anyone; you decide how to share it. An interface in 52 languages The browser language is selected automatically when supported, and the Language selector lets you choose another. Labels, errors, CSV headings, summaries and the bundled privacy page follow that choice. Numeric inputs still use the documented formats, and the saved card itself is preserved. Questions before you begin Can this timesheet calculator handle several employees at once? No. It edits one card at a time and does not provide a staff roster or combined employee records. What happens if I open a second editor or a saved format cannot be read? The second editor is blocked to prevent competing writes. Unrecognized or damaged saved formats are preserved and editing is blocked rather than silently resetting your data. How do clearing and deleting differ? Clear current card resets the active inputs and settings while retaining snapshots. Delete all local data removes the draft and snapshots; files already exported and text on the clipboard are not removed.
