Tikxio Ticket Assistant lets you raise a Tikxio support ticket without leaving the page you're on. Open the side panel, and (with your permission) it captures a screenshot of the current tab and uses AI to draft the ticket for you — suggesting the department, subject, priority, request type, and the relevant department fields. You review and edit everything before submitting; nothing is sent without your confirmation.
