Prevents TikTok from automatically pausing videos when switching tabs by overriding the Page Visibility API.

TikTok Background Player is a lightweight extension designed to enhance your viewing and listening experience on TikTok web. By default, TikTok automatically pauses the current video when the browser loses focus or when you switch to a different tab. This is inconvenient if you want to continue listening to the audio or music while working in another tab. This extension operates silently by overriding the Page Visibility API, forcing the tab state to appear as always "visible" to the TikTok application.
