Add tiivii remote production shortcuts to Google Chrome

Cinfo's tiivii shortcut extension allows you to have global keyboard shortcuts for tiivii remote production video mixer, so you can still change cameras or activate multimedia on your video production when the tiivii mixer is not in focus, even not visible, or while manually using the camera PTZ controller in other chrome window. Also, if you configure those same key combinations in external, dedicated, customizable keyboards (i.e. Elgato Streamdeck), you will be able to use them with tiivii remote production tools. Configure them in chrome://extensions/shortcuts PD. This is a tiivii.com extension. If you're not a customer of Cinfo's tiivii remote production suite, it will not do anything of value. :-)
