Tightloop records software reviews in your browser. You narrate what you are testing and it builds a timestamped record — transcript, screenshots, tagged issues and technical evidence — searchable in a side panel. FEATURES Voice capture. Speech is transcribed and timestamped while you work. Spoken commands such as "take screenshot", "mark as bug" and "bookmark" record actions without leaving the page. On-page controls. A small floating panel provides screenshot, text clip, freehand drawing, region capture and timed burst capture. It works with the side panel closed. Region capture. Right-click and drag a box to capture part of a page, then add a caption by typing or dictating it. Right-click capture. Report a problem or suggest an idea from the context menu, with or without an active recording. The entry is added to the review matching the current page, and a confirmation states where it was saved. The menu also adds the current site to your configured sites. Editing. Entries can be edited or deleted individually, or selected in bulk to delete or to export a subset. Technical evidence. Console errors and failed network requests can be attached automatically per site. DOM structure, accessibility checks and performance timings can be captured on demand. Reports. Summaries, defect lists and UAT reports are generated from the recorded session. This requires an API key for an OpenAI-compatible provider or a local model. All capture features work without it. Issue trackers. Connect an account to create an issue from a finding, comment on an existing issue, or create a branch. Sign-in tokens are stored in the browser's extension storage. Destinations. A finished review can be posted to a chat webhook, a folder endpoint or a code repository, configured per site, optionally when recording stops. Export. Reviews export as a zip containing the transcript, report, timeline data and screenshots. Setup. A setup wizard covers capture, the optional AI provider and where reviews are sent. PRIVACY Captured data is stored in your browser and is not transmitted unless you send it. There is no telemetry and no account is required. Cookie values are not read. Values that look like tokens, keys or personal data are removed on the device before they reach a report or an export.
