- Product Intro: TidyMark is a lightweight bookmarks organizer and new-tab extension with auto-categorization, AI assistance, dead-link detection, and navigation. - Features: - Auto Categorization: one-click organization into rule-based categories. - AI Assistance: supports OpenAI/DeepSeek (compatible APIs) and custom providers to enhance classification (opt-in). - Dead Links: scans unreachable URLs, supports bulk remove/move; limit checks to selected folders; ignores private/local addresses (127.0.0.1, localhost, 10.x, 192.168.x, 172.16–31.x); supports DNS detection (DoH). - New Tab Navigation: shows category navigation and common info on the new tab (can be disabled). - Cloud Backup/Sync: daily GitHub auto-backup (enable in Settings); supports WebDAV and Google Drive; local export available. - Auto-Archive: moves less-used bookmarks to “Archive” based on “last visit time” (configurable threshold, 180 days by default; falls back to added time when no history). - Local Stats: records visit counts and recency; supports “Popular” section and basic usage analytics (does not read browsing history). - Context Menu: “Add to TidyMark and categorize” for quick adding with automatic folder placement. - Privacy & Permissions: network accesses are triggered only when relevant features are enabled (dead-link checks, sync, AI); no external domains are contacted otherwise.
