TickTockFocus - Multi-Step Timer & Routines

Multi-step focus timer: Pomodoro, 52/17 or your own routine. A notification at every step. No site access, no account required.

TickTockFocus is a timer for routines made of several steps. Pick a ready-made routine or build your own (25 minutes of focus and 5 of break, three times, then a long break) and run the whole thing with one click. The timer moves from step to step and rings and notifies you as each one ends, so you can stay in your work instead of watching the clock. WHAT IT DOES - Five ready-made routines to start from: Pomodoro, 52/17, Deep work, Study and Desk break. - Build your own: up to 20 steps and repeat groups, each step with a name and a kind (Focus, Break or Custom), and repeat groups that run their steps 2 to 10 times. - Start in one click. A progress ring split into steps and coloured by kind shows where you are. - Pause, skip or add 5 minutes. The next step starts on its own or waits until you're ready. - A notification with buttons at the end of every step: pause, skip, start the next step or stop without opening the popup. - A short sound (Chime, Bell or Soft) with its own volume, or none. - The minutes left on the toolbar icon, in the colour of the step. - Close the popup or restart Chrome and the timer keeps its schedule. If a routine finished while Chrome was closed, one notification tells you when. - Routines and settings sync across your computers through Chrome Sync. - Light and dark theme, 12- or 24-hour clock, full keyboard and screen reader support. - In English and Ukrainian. ROUTINES YOU CAN RUN - Pomodoro: 25 min focus / 5 min break ×3, then 25 min focus and a 15-minute long break - 52/17: 52 minutes of work, 17 away from the screen, three rounds - Deep work: 90 minutes of focus, then 20 of rest - Study: 45 min study / 10 min break ×3 - Desk break: 30 minutes of work, 2 of stretching, four rounds - Or your own: exam practice, workouts, lessons, a meeting agenda with one step per item PRIVATE BY DESIGN - No access to the websites you visit, no account, no analytics, no ads. The extension makes no network requests. - Permissions: storage, alarms, notifications and offscreen (to play the end-of-step sound). When you add it, Chrome lists only one: "Display notifications". - Your routines stay in your browser and sync only through your own Chrome Sync.
