It bridges the gap between customer operations platforms (Zoho Helpdesk & OTA) and Microsoft Outlook. Key Features: Data Extraction: Automatically captures relevant ticket details (Ticket ID, Branch, Order Numbers, and Complaint types) from authorized Zoho and OTA tabs. Smart Routing: Evaluates ticket conditions locally to determine correct internal routing addresses and CC lists. Email Automation: Injects structured HTML tables and auto-fills subject lines directly into the Outlook Web App layout to eliminate manual copying errors. Note: This extension is designed for internal enterprise use and only executes scripts on designated company domains.
