TicketIQ is an AI-powered IT helpdesk assistant that automatically searches past closed support tickets on Freshservice and displays relevant fix suggestions directly on the ticket page. When an IT agent opens a ticket, TicketIQ silently searches thousands of historical tickets in the background, identifies similar past issues, and presents actionable resolution steps — all without leaving the current page.
