Ticket — Trading Journal
Overview
Log a trade in seconds. No broker connection, no API keys — your data never leaves this browser.
Ticket is a trading journal that lives in your browser's side panel — built for traders who want to log every position fast, without handing a single piece of data to anyone. WHY TICKET IS DIFFERENT Every other trading journal — even the "simple" ones — asks you to create an account and sync your trade history to their servers. Ticket doesn't. There is no sign-up screen, no cloud, no backend at all. Your trades are stored using Chrome's own local storage, on your own device, and that's the only place they ever exist. The extension's code makes zero network requests — nothing to verify, because there's simply nothing there to send your data with. If you don't want a company holding a record of your P&L, your win rate, or your account size — even one that promises not to sell it — Ticket is built for exactly that. HOW IT WORKS • Open the side panel from the toolbar — it stays open even when you switch tabs to check your broker or a chart, so you never lose what you were typing • Log a trade in seconds: symbol, side, size, entry — everything else is optional • Set a stop and take-profit target when you enter, then close the position later with one tap — no need to re-type anything • Didn't get filled? Mark the trade as Skipped so it never inflates your win rate or P&L, but still stays in your record • Pick setups from a list you define yourself, so your strategy stats are never thrown off by a typo • See win rate, net P&L, average R-multiple, and your best/worst streaks — updated instantly as you log • Attach one or more chart links to any trade (a TradingView snapshot, for example) — we store the link, never the image • Export to a fully formatted Excel file whenever you want — a color-coded trade log plus Summary, Monthly and Yearly breakdowns, with R-multiple and Profit Factor calculated automatically • Back up or move to a new computer any time with Import — read that same Excel file back in and your trades return exactly as they were WHAT IT DOESN'T DO • Doesn't connect to any broker, exchange, or trading platform • Doesn't require sign-in of any kind • Doesn't send anything to a server — there isn't one • Doesn't track you, doesn't use analytics, doesn't use cookies Ticket works alongside any broker or charting platform — it doesn't read the page you're on, so it's not limited to any single broker or chart tool. Log the trade, keep trading, and check your stats whenever you want.
