Install the extension 2. Click the extension icon and select "Configure Extension" 3. Enter your PSA platform API credentials: - For ConnectWise: Company ID, API URL, Public Key, Private Key, Client ID 4. Click "Test Connection" to verify credentials 5. Click "Save Settings" 6. Visit supported websites and ticket IDs will be automatically detected Default Detection Patterns (Domain-Specific): - ConnectWise platform sites (*.connectwise.com, *.myconnectwise.net) - Huntress platform (*.huntress.io) - Microsoft Teams (teams.microsoft.com) - Outlook email (outlook.office.com, outlook.live.com) To detect tickets on other websites, add custom patterns in the Detection Patterns tab.
