Ticket Badges for Daktela
Overview
Shows the ticket status and assignee in Daktela's notification list, and marks a whole ticket's notifications read at once.
Daktela's Notifications center tells you that something happened on a ticket. It does not tell you whether the ticket is still open, or whose it is. The data is right there on the page: Daktela loads the whole ticket object and displays none of it. This extension displays it. Every row gets a coloured badge with the ticket's status (OPEN, WAITING, CLOSED, ARCHIVED) and the name of the assignee next to it. Hover a badge and you get the ticket number, category, priority and closing date. No extra API call — it all comes from data the page already loaded. The second feature is against notification noise. A long-running ticket can collect ten notifications, scattered across several pages of the list. Mark one read and the extension marks all of that ticket's notifications read, in a single call, through Daktela's own endpoint, with the same rights you are already signed in with. Click the icon and all four behaviours are switchable: assignee name, ticket number badge, SLA marker, and the cascading mark-as-read. Changes apply immediately, without a reload. It never touches ticket contents, collects nothing and sends nothing anywhere. It works on any Daktela instance. Not a Daktela product, and not affiliated with Daktela.
