Tiara is a software extension that contains functionality to increase your speed and accuracy at transcription and when doing QA and Review at TranscribeMe! Comma splices are one of the most common mistakes a transcriber can make, and editing perhaps hundreds per hour gets tedious. Tiara comes with a built-in a comma splicer/desplicer hotkey which will be most useful for quickly proofreading transcriptions at the QA stage. Tiara contains a regular-expression engine tuned to detect many different style errors in clean verbatim, IVR, and medical texts according to TranscribeMe's style guides. Tiara also contains separate US and UK dictionaries for its built-in spellchecker, and it automatically detects which one is appropriate for the current Job, QA, or Review Session.
