Tiago gives sales reps real-time coaching during live video calls on Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. While a call is in progress, Tiago reads the conversation captions your video platform already generates, and uses AI to surface helpful discovery questions, objection-handling suggestions, and next-step reminders — shown instantly in a lightweight overlay only you can see. How it works: • You start Tiago manually at the beginning of each call — it never activates on its own. • Tiago automatically turns on live captions in Meet or Teams if they aren't already on, so you don't have to. • Tiago reads only the caption text stream. It never accesses your microphone or camera, never records audio or video, and never reads other tabs or your browsing history. • Coaching tips appear in a small, collapsible overlay in the corner of your call window, and you can pause or close it at any time. Built for coaching, not surveillance: Tiago does not score, rank, or evaluate individual rep performance, and does not report on individual users to managers or anyone else.
