Remind yourself daily what you're grateful for.

Reminding yourself what you're grateful for each day has been scientifically proven to increase your happiness. Most other extensions simply suggest you write down your focus or gratitudes. This one actually forces you to! For one minute each day, your browser will be locked from doing other work until you write down three things you're grateful for. The goal is to provide a moment of peace and reflection during long days at the computer.

I really like this idea. I'm looking forward to starting my day off on a positive note, thinking about what I'm grateful for. I like the simplicity of the extension, and also how it encourages me to pause and reflect before I begin working on my computer.
