Overview

Track Gmail follow-ups, set reminders, save snippets, and review overdue conversations from the toolbar.

ThreadSorter is a lightweight Gmail follow-up CRM for people who run sales, recruiting, support, client work, or fundraising from their inbox. Mark any Gmail thread for follow up, choose a reminder date, and keep the conversation visible until you manually close the loop. ThreadSorter stays inside Gmail, so you do not need to import contacts, maintain a separate CRM, or forward messages to another service. What you can do with ThreadSorter: - Track Gmail threads that need a reply later - Choose quick reminders for tomorrow, 3 days, 1 week, or a custom date - Review Waiting, Needs reply, and Done lists from the toolbar popup or the Gmail follow-up panel - Save reusable reply snippets for common follow-up messages - See overdue follow-ups on the extension badge - Export your local data as JSON from settings Free plan: - 10 active tracked Gmail threads - 3 reply snippets - Local reminders - Toolbar popup and Gmail follow-up panel - Optional desktop notifications ThreadSorter Pro: - Unlimited tracked threads - Unlimited reply snippets Privacy model: ThreadSorter stores follow-up reminders, reply snippets, settings, and license state in Chrome storage on your device. The extension reads the visible Gmail thread subject, visible participants, Gmail thread URL, and reminder date so it can show useful follow-up cards. ThreadSorter does not read email message bodies, does not send emails, does not add tracking pixels, and does not inject signatures or footers into your replies. You reply manually in Gmail. Who it is for: Freelancers can keep quotes and client approvals from slipping away. Founders can keep investor and sales threads visible without running a full CRM. Recruiters can keep candidate threads in a simple follow-up list. Agencies can track approval, feedback, and deliverable threads from Gmail. Support teams can remember unresolved conversations without forwarding mail into another tool. How it works: 1. Pin ThreadSorter to Chrome. 2. Open a Gmail thread. 3. Click Follow up next to the subject. 4. Pick a reminder date. 5. Review due threads from the toolbar popup or Gmail follow-up panel. 6. Reply in Gmail and mark the thread done. Permissions: ThreadSorter uses storage for local reminders, snippets, settings, and license state. It uses alarms to check when reminders are due. It uses notifications only when you enable desktop notifications. It requests access only to https://mail.google.com/* so it can add the Follow up button inside Gmail. ThreadSorter is subscription-only. Pro checkout and license checks run through Peak Productivity shared infrastructure.
