Who Unfollowed Me? for Threads & Instagram is a small local tool for checking your Threads or Instagram relationships from the official data export you download yourself. Select your ZIP or JSON export, and the extension compares the accounts you follow with the accounts that follow you back. It does not read your Threads or Instagram pages, log in for you, scrape content, automate follows or unfollows, or send your file to a server. The file is parsed in your browser, and the saved analysis stays in Chrome's local storage. What it helps with: - See accounts you follow that are not in your followers export - Open profiles to review them manually - Mark accounts you want to keep - Hide items you have already checked - Clear stored data whenever you want How to use it: 1. Request your Threads or Instagram data in JSON format. 2. Download the ZIP or JSON export when it is ready. 3. Open this extension from Chrome's side panel. 4. Select the export file. 5.
