I loved the possibility of copying a common link and share with other people that are part of the email. It's much easier to say, "Hey, look at their reply here" with the link, instead of "Hey, look at the last reply from person X on the thread Y", with the other person having to look for this specific thread / message into their email.

ThreadLive is supposed to be for business folks dealing with lots of emails, but I've been using it for my personal email, and it's been a big help.
