It shows as a sidebar on the right hand side of your Twitter timeline and instantly and automatically searches bookmarks, retweets, and your past tweets for tweets that are semantically relevant to the tweet you're composing. It can be used as a specific search that's faster than Twitter's or as a fuzzy search tool.
