Key Features: Floating Widget: A clean and accessible widget appears on Autotask ticket detail pages. One-Click Access: Open a specific ticket's Thread Chat or Timepad instantly. Automatic Ticket Detection: The extension intelligently finds the ticket ID on the page to load the correct Thread session. You can also click the icon to toggle the chat window. How to Use: Install the extension. Navigate to any ticket detail page within your Autotask PSA instance (e.g., https://ww2.autotask.net/Mvc/ServiceDesk/TicketDetail.mvc). The Thread widget will automatically appear in the bottom-right corner. Click "Chat" or "Timepad" to launch the Thread interface for that specific ticket.
