Thesaurus: Synonym 4 Right Click

this extension is broken. right-click option has been stuck on the same word for some time now

I used to like it, for the most part worked and was helpful, although when it was working, occasionally it would not recognize a word that you would think it should have. But lately it doesn't work at all, the extension is still there along with the permissions, but it just disappeared from the right click menu. I am about to remove it.

The suggestions are almost entirely unhelpful or useless. A singular contextual use list of alternatives with an extremely limited set of erratically grouped choices. This limits the extension to words with singular meaning only and even then the options given are only partially useful at best. For example the word 'submit' shows you /some/ of the 'present/offer' context of synonyms, but not the 'comply/endure' context synonyms. Not working. Synonyms are not provided but instead, only provides an option to visit the "Urban Dictionary" site.

There is not a single ad or tracking in this extension, you can check the code. I had several offers to buy this extension from ad sellers and I have turned them all down. If you are getting ads it must be from another extension. This extension will forever be free to use and free from ads.

I just installed this so I haven't had too much experience but so far it is exactly what I was looking for to replace the synonym functionality of what was in Outlook that I can now use in native Gmail. It works like a charm so far and I so grateful!!! It was very easy to add the extension. Just remember to double left click to highlight the word, then right click to see synonyms. Quick and easy. THANK YOU!!!!!

I like the ability to check alternative meanings, which this provides. It is also a nice way to improve my vocabulary.
